A Long Winter Done
May 1, 2009

Just before winter in Montreal, windows are sealed up with an industrial goop meant to keep bitter cold out and heat in. Being cooped up in a near state of hibernation all winter, cupboards stocked and a stack of books to get through – today, has come to an end.
The first breeze of fresh Spring air is clearing out the staleness of the last season from my room. Alone in the city, I come back to writing. People have said they’ve been worried about me. Hopefully blowing the dust off this ongoing, online story will help alleviate concerns. I’m ok. And I miss you. I see things every day that I want to tell you about so I’ll put them here. For you.
